I use this ratio:

100 rl
125 ll
10 hl
10 ion
5 gauss
1-2 pt
1 abm

About 5 iterations is all that is required to defend overnight res. RIPS will murder this ratio, but it is great for everything else.

For a mobile base, I use 50 iterations.
